This means you pay the same shipping fee regardless of the order size or weight within the covered area.

3. Delivery Outside Designated Area

For areas outside our main delivery zone:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Delivery time may be extended.
  • Our team will contact you to confirm shipping costs before finalizing the order.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 24–48 hours

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address.

Failure to accept delivery may result in restrictions on future orders.
